Due to quality control measures, we cannot accept any returns of product. This is a major reason why we do not allow ordering our products online and instead require our clients to call us to discuss their project before ordering via telephone. In this way, we can ensure that our clientele are purchasing the right products (and amount) for the right project. Customer service is paramount in our company's philosophy and we encourage you to call us anytime, even after you purchased our products if you have any questions on application, prep work or maintenance.

All products ordered under the amount of 20 total gallons are shipped door to door via DHL Ground. Orders above 20 gallons are shipped by one of our three trucking lines to your door. Our products normally ship within 24 - 48 hours upon order. Average time of delivery is 1 to 5 business days for the continental USA depending on your location to our Florida or Washington plants.
