It's unique formulation provides excellent durability, superior fade resistance and a smooth low sheen that resists cracking, peeling, and chipping while bridging hairline cracks. This above grade coating is designed to withstand wind driven rains up to 100 miles/hr. while it allows moisture vapors from within the structure to evaporate and escape out through the membrane. As it is very resistant to salts and other elements, it is superior to paints for homes/structures that are located near harsh weather conditions such as beaches. Designed for exterior use only.
