DESCRIPTION: A high-build, 100% acrylic
emulsion waterproof roof coating designed for application on asphalt,
urethane foam, concrete and properly prepared metal roofs. It provides
superior protection from the suns ultra-violet rays and its unequaled
elasticity provides protection and durability. It resists water
penetration, is mildew resistant and bridges existing hair-line cracks on
the substrate during application as well as those that form after
application. Designed for exterior use only. Ten Year Warranty.
TYPICAL USES: For residential, commercial and industrial use on asphalt
shingles, concrete, cement tile, tar & gravel, polyurethane foam,
modified bitumen and metal decking roofs.

Application
Instructions
Good surface
preparation is essential to a satisfactory coating system. Surface to be
coated should be clean and dry. Remove all dirt, dust, oil, grease, mildew,
rust, loose or cracked paint, or other contamination with Enviro-Clean
Cleaner Degreaser or Nu Look Concrete Cleaner. Rinse thoroughly and
allow to dry approximately 24 hours.
Apply Reslex
Elastomeric Roof Coating with a brush, roller or sprayer. Apply in sections
only. If applying with a roller, use a 3/8' - 3/4' nap roller cover. Allow
first coat to dry overnight before applying second coat. Two coats are
recommended.
