A penetrating polyester formula that permanently waterproofs and preserves concrete, brick, stucco and all masonry surfaces with only one application. It is non-flammable, non-toxic and non-caustic. As Trojan has very low VOC (volatile organic compounds) it can be used safely inside as well as outside on new or old masonry. Trojan dries clear with no sheen and comes with a Ten Year Waterproofing Warranty.
Trojan Ultra Masonry Sealer

Acrylic is added to our Trojan Masonry Sealer formula to provide a penetrating sealer and topical, low gloss coating in one product. It is non-flammable, non-toxic and non-caustic. Trojan Ultra also has very low VOC (volatile organic compounds) and therefore can be used safely inside as well as outside on new or old masonry, concrete or stucco. Trojan Ultra dries clear with a satin, low gloss sheen and comes with a Ten Year Waterproofing Warranty.
Trojan Color Sealer
(First Coat - 200 sq.ft./gal., Second Coat - 300 sq.ft./gal.)
The same penetrating polyester and acrylic formula as our Trojan Ultra Masonry Sealer yet also includes our specially formulated stain system and still comes with a Ten Year Waterproofing Warranty. This product is not a paint that will easily wear away, as once sprayed or rolled on, it will penetrate the surface and provide a color stain that is absorbed into the concrete. The benefit is that we have combined our waterproofing Trojan Ultra Masonry Sealer and UV resistant pigments into one product (it's also low VOC). Trojan Color Sealer is available in 36 different colors and comes in a satin or flat finish. Eight oz. sample bottles are also available to test the color on your concrete.

Trojan Beta-Z Wood Sealer
(200-300 sq.ft./gal.)
A penetrating polyester and acrylic formulation that effectively and economically seals wood surfaces in preparation for finish coatings. Non-flammable, non-caustic and non-toxic. Will not harm aquatic life.
