Trojan
Masonry Sealer is one such “green” product that
is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-caustic. It has also exceeded nine independently performed quality control tests. Yet, Trojan is not just another
surface coating, for it actually
penetrates 2 - 4 inches into the masonry and binds the loose, porous
particles of the masonry into one solid mass.
The result is a waterproofed
surface that is resistant to acid, oil and grease. Trojan’s penetrating
polyester formula not only permanently waterproofs and preserves masonry
with only one application, it also was designed for concrete, brick, stucco
and most natural stones. The fact that Trojan contains low volatile
organic compounds (VOC’s) means that our sealer can be safely applied
indoors, such as waterproofing basements, as well as outdoors without
causing any air quality issues to the applicator or occupants.
Trojan’s safety concerns also
applies to the surface it is sealing. Old historic brick & masonry
requiring
restoration will not be harmed
by our clear sealant and, in fact, will be further protected against future

Application
Instructions
Clean surface of all dirt prior
to application. Apply Trojan Masonry Sealer using any low pressure sprayer
(20 psi). Saturate surface with Trojan until it begins to puddle
up. Backroll any excess into a dry area. Allow to dry. Trojan dries clear
with no sheen. Dry time for foot traffic is 2 hours. Trojan will
completely cure in 5 to 7 days.
