Mike, Used Eco-Friendly Trojan Ultra Masonry Sealer. These pictures are taken about four years after a single application. The home is situated about 100 feet off saltwater where the wind blows salt onto the stone walls with virtually no sign of wear. The material is Wilkeson Sandstone cut to my specs and then tumbled. There is approximately 160 tons of stone veneer.

We purchased 15 gallons of Trojan Masonry & Concrete Sealer to use on trial bases on some of our buildings where we were having problems with water penetration through the walls. The area tested did indeed seal the buck surfaces and in short time algae and mildew began to fall from the walls and the surface began to clean itself. We intend to use more of the product in the future for buildings giving us this kind of water seepage problem.

Got your "stuff", put it on Saturday, weather was fantastic--got a tree-trimming contractor with a 50' bucket truck to reach our high spots and they did the whole thing in about 6 hours and most of that was set-up time, they were fantastic. Just a note to let you know that after applying Trojan Masonry & Concrete Sealer to our sea-wall almost 5 years ago, we continue to experience no degradation of the precast concrete sea-wall. When we applied the Trojan to our sea-wall, we were in the beginning stages of chalking appearing on the sea-wall. We are currently experiencing no chalking problems and plan to re-apply a new coat of Trojan Masonry & Concrete Sealer this fall.

Exterior Coatings by Maritime, Inc. has used the Trojan Masonry & Concrete Sealer on various commercial buildings for both natural brick and stone surfaces. We have found the product to be very effective as protection from water intrusion. One of the important factors in application where odor sensitivity is paramount (such as hospitals and clinics) is that the product is odorless.
